We do not share email addresses with third parties. Instead, they are securely stored on the servers of our GDPR-compliant service provider, Smaily email marketing and automation online service, owned and operated by Sendsmaily OÜ (Estonian Limited Liability Company). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) by our data processor, Smaily, it has declared that it will only cooperate with entities in countries that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, as determined by the European Commission. Smaily also declares that it does not use entities from outside the EEA to subprocess subscribers’ personal information. Additionally, it implements strict security measures and meets the necessary technical and organizational requirements to protect databases in compliance with GDPR.
